Exhaust Upgrade JETSURF® TiTANIUM

Power output of a 2-stroke engeine depends on the exhaust. A complex system of cones, correct pressure etc. define horsepower, max rpm and torque.

We conduct all service works for the racers of MotoSurf Club Germany e.V. Depending on purpose and racer’s class, different options are available.

• Open silencer
  After passing the exhaust, exhaust gases can freely leave through the open silencer because exhaust ball is deleted. But risk of water running into the engine when the board is sitting in the water with engine off increases.
  Increase of noise level. Slight power increase.
• Coolant system modification
  A modification of the cooling system of the exhaust increases efficiency of the exhaust. Only available with open silencer.
  Even bigger increase of noise level. Clear power gain. Exhaust temperature higher, not suitable for long trips.

For all modifications the board has to be in our workshop.

• engine must be removed
• fully functional exhaust is mandatory
• all sealing will be replaced

Further power increase can be achieved by modofications to the engine, e.g. racing optimized cylinder.
