Customs, taxes & import charges
Deliveries outside the European Union may incur import VAT, customs duties and handling fees in the destination country. These amounts are not included in the displayed shipping rate unless expressly stated. Shipping tax in the shop is based on the billing address.
Frequently asked questions
Is the displayed price binding?
The calculator uses the currently stored MotoSurf rates. Checkout performs the final calculation using the actual products, quantities, delivery address and billing address.
Can boards and accessories be shipped together?
Light items may travel with the board depending on weight and packaging. If an extra parcel is required, the cart automatically calculates the combined shipping method.
How are batteries shipped?
Batteries are subject to special transport conditions. Availability, service and delivery time depend on the product and destination and may be reviewed manually before shipping.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Pickup is free of charge, but only possible after making an appointment and receiving our confirmation.
When will my order be shipped?
We prepare your order for shipping after receipt of payment and an availability check. Once the shipment has been handed over, you will receive the available shipping and tracking information.
How is a board packaged?
Boards are shipped in transport-safe specialist packaging with additional protection. Electric boards and Electric Ski boards are also secured on a pallet where required.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged?
Please document visible damage immediately on delivery, take photographs and contact us without delay. Keep the goods and packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Are international taxes and customs duties included?
No, unless expressly stated otherwise. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur import VAT, customs duties and handling fees, which are generally payable by the recipient.
