How is a board packaged?

In special packaging that is secure for transport with additional protection. JETSURF Electric and Electric Ski Boards are also packed on pallets.

Please document any damage immediately upon delivery and inform us without delay.

When does the risk transfer to me?

For consumers, the transfer of risk only takes place when the goods are handed over to you (§ 475 (2) BGB).

Are international taxes and duties included?

No. Any import duties are to be paid by the recipient.
